Most big companies don’t care about their customers. As they grow, they go from what can we do for our customers to how much can we sell to them, what was our profit this quarter.
Why is it that they spend so much money in advertising and marketing to acquire new customers and when you have a problem, you spend the next 30 min talking to a robot which has no power to solve your issue!
It’s a way of them saying go away. We would save so much money by you going away, than keeping you as a customer.
Most companies as they go big, they dumb down their products, to fit in everyone’s life.
This is a race to the bottom.
