Frank’s Blog : If I Was CEO, My People Would Come First

Any one who works for the company, would come first.

This means they will be treated with respect, be heard and I would over invest in them.

This means :

1. Top-quartile pay

2. 5-star Health Benefits

3. Safety first

4. Over the top work training

5. Extreme respect

6. Substantial employee ownership

I would take care of my people because I believe when you take care of your employees, they take care of the rest (the business, customers, …)

When people who work for you, know that deep down you care for them, they will care too. They will show up early, leave late, work while they are at work, smile while they are working, move things around, get work done, help customers, improve sales, they will be there for you anytime you need them because they know you are there for them anytime they need you.

If anyone try to come after my people, I would go after them.

“Customer first” is bull. My people will come first.

And I really do believe when you take care of your people, you won’t have to worry about the rest.
