“Quand on veut on peut, quand on peut on doit.”
In lack of a better way to explain it, let me try to translate it, even though it doesn’t ring well in English.
“When we want we can, when we can we must.”
In my own words, to link it with talent, I’ll put it this way :
When will and courage exceed limits, it results into a talent without limit.
