We are educated in a system that teaches us how to solve problems, not find them.
Finding problems is a deliberate process and it requires some work and attention on our part if we want to get better at it.
The system we put in place years ago, no longer works in today’s world. We no longer have to sit in a straight line or follow orders, we have to disrupt or be disrupted. We have to innovate, and in our personal life we have to keep growing, to keep learning.
Have a growing mindset that finds problems and fixes them and that learns just to grow.
Remember “some people would be sages, if they didn’t believe they already are!”
