Frank’s Blog : Daily Affirmation

I have been reading this affirmation everyday for quite a while and I wanted to share it with you. I got the idea from Zig Ziglar who used to say what we tell ourselves is much more important than what others tell us. We have to be mindful of our self-talk. And he recommended to read this affirmation in the morning when you wake up and at night before bed, in front of a mirror, and out loud like you’re talking to someone else.

Here it is:

I have a sense of humor, lots of faith, wisdom, vision, empathy, and courage to use my talents effectively.

I have character, am knowledgeable, and my convictions are strong.

In the morning:

These are the qualities of the winner I was born to be.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life and it is wonderful.

At night:

These are the qualities of the winner I was born to be and I fully intend to develop these marvelous qualities with which I have been entrusted.

Tonight I am going to sleep wonderfully well. I will dream powerful, positive dreams. I will awaken energized, refreshed, and tomorrow is going to be magnificent.
