Most things that we think are wrong with us, aren’t. They are not bugs that needs to be fixed, they are features or that come with us or Signals that warn us when something is out of place.
If you’re being nasty, unkind,.. that is not okay and you need to take a look in the mirror and change something; but some things don’t need to be fixed, they just need to be figured out and we need to understand where they are coming from or they are signals that says ‘something is wrong!’
Discomfort is a teacher,
Anxiety is an alarm,
