R.I.P Jim

This last Friday, I heard the news that Jim, the supervising maintenance person for the apartment I stay in, passed away. I didn’t know him personally but I know a little bit about what kind of a man he was. He was very warm, easy to talk to, respectful, on time, he knew what he was doing and he could explain it to someone like me who often don’t have a clue about most things. I am going to miss how you used to say hi to me as I was pulling in the parking lot. I am going to miss you. I am also going to miss how you took care of my family and everything that needed to be fixed in our home for the past 4 years. I remember how I would put in a request for something to be fixed and I would come home from work and everything would be good as new and I appreciate that.

Rest In Eternal Peace Jim.
