Authority vs enrollment

Managers have to wait for approvals, leaders have to seek enrollment.

Managers are not bad, they are crucial and needed. They weigh every option and decide the best way going forward ‘this is where we’re going as a team, I want you to be part of this journey.’
Leaders, on the other hand, have to cast a vision of what winning looks like and invite the whole organization, the whole team, the whole group to follow them ‘this is where we’re going as a team, who wants to be part of this journey?’
